The semi-regular i→e verbs are special -ir verbs that conjugate with an "e" instead of an "i" for all first- (yo), second- (tú), and third-person singular (él/ella/usted) and the third-person plural (ellos/ellas/ustedes) in the indicative and subjunctive present tense (and the imperative mood).
